Executive Leadership
Michael T. Cassidy | President
Michael has been with the Shannon Team since 1985, consistently ranking among the top three sales producers in the country with nearly 500 product lines sold. He co-founded GifTrader, Inc., a start-up focused on the $54 billion gift and home decor market, securing funding and contracts with major vendors. Previously, he established one of the first national sales forces in the gift industry and developed order entry software that enabled more efficient sales and territory management. Currently, he oversees the daily operations of Shannon Consultants, Inc., and implements our innovative training program for sales professionals.
Joe McCrudden | Managing Partner
Joe has been with Shannon Consultants since 1988, consistently ranking as one of the company’s top producers. He manages a profitable sales territory and actively pursues partnerships with select vendors. Once established, he collaborates with these partners to develop effective sales policies and programs. Joe also trains our sales representatives to ensure that they hit the ground running and monitors their performance to maximize sales opportunities for all vendors.
